I worked with Dave Ray for a significant project to understand our sustainability at the LVCVA in relation to other convention centers throughout the country. He evaluated our current situation at the time and provided a very detailed sustainability inventory. He then developed a comparison of the top 10 convention centers in the United States using KPI’s, to understand sustainability across our industry. He shared the results and more importantly worked with our operations team during the entire process to develop strategies to improve our performance. Our entire team appreciated the granular detail and honest communication. He also helped us receive 3 Green Globes with our expansion that was completed in 2021.

This program required the project to be either LEED or Green Globes certified and then to meet the requirements of our tax abatement program. This process was very intricate and detailed. Dave led several projects through this process and was able to help his clients receive millions of dollars in tax abatements.
